If it weren’t for SCOA I don’t know how my mother would have made it through her cancer diagnosis. Dr. Butler, FNP Miller, and Myra (RN) are all amazing! Dr. Butler is wonderful, FNP Miller is so kind and understanding, Myra is top notch! What an amazing nurse, and all other staff member who have made my mother feel welcomed. My family and I owe you everything for the care you all have provided. THANK YOU!!!
Scott in the Petscan area really went above the call of duty when helping me get setup and done with a Petscan on 2 days I was not doing good. His assistance made the process much easier and answered all my questions at a great level. I can not thank him enough.

I love coming here on Halloween 🎃. It’s so festival so creative! They make you feel very welcomed. Energy is so vibrant. Other than that I’m always greeted with a smile. I feel seen here.
SCOA is truly the most organized large care facility I’ve seen. I’ve been going there for over a year now and from day one I knew this was where God wanted me to be. I was quickly diagnosed with multiple myeloma and treatment was started. Thank God things are turning around. From the greeter at the entrance door, the check in desk, the excellent lab ladies, Dr Collin’s and Jessica, you’re all an amazing group of people. I thank God for all of you. Continue to be the caring folks you are.

I can't say enough about SCOA. Being diagnosed with Cancer is as bad as it gets but the team at SCOA will get you through it. They are Very professional sincere and caring and the doctors are second to none. If you are unfortunate and are diagnosed with Cancer in my opinion theres no other place you want to go than SCOA.
Best doctor office experience in Columbia! My first time being here. They were so efficient and the whole team was extremely nice! They didn't make me feel uncomfortable and they were so helpful. I have no complaints love this place!
